Breeze Street, Brunswick, Victoria is a unique collection of 57 one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed by DKO and Breathe for Milieu Properties. A project that advocates for sustainable living fossil fuel-free and carbon neutral in it operation, a 7.5 star NatHERs sustainability rating and a maximum of five neighbours per floor, Breese Street is a multi-residential building consciously designed. Incorporating recycled timber flooring, hydronic heating and ceiling fans, a productive rooftop and over 30 kilowatts of solar PV, the Specialist Projects team at Aglo were thrilled to work with Ironside to manage and supply a value-managed sustainable lighting package of premium products, ensuring the package met the output, function and aesthetic required.
Breese Street features a range of Mondolux and Aglo Projects products across the residential apartments and common areas (including lobby/atrium and rooftop terrace) that were carefully selected to meet the intent of the project. Mondolux fittings incorporated Cannes Midi, Mons-D, Stealth 1707 + Linea-Aqua 14.4W (IP65 strip), Suspended 3-Circuit PowerTrack, Catania Mini tracklight, Linea Neon Top Bendable, Benson Fixed Downlight and Benson Fixed IP44 Downlight. Additional Aglo Projects products were sourced to meet the project requirements.
The project spanned a 24-month duration and incorporated quoting, sampling, ordering, delivery, project management and installation support. The Aglo Specialist Projects team provided project management across all stages of the project, from initial quoting, sampling and management of delivery.
