The Aglo Specialist Projects team at Aglo were pleased to continue working with Prime on Home Richmond as part of the Richmond Quarter Stage Two precinct, for the manufacture, supply, delivery and project management of custom designed fittings and a value-managed lighting package. Stage One of this project incorporates Richmond Traders, a mixed-use fresh food precinct. Stage Two consisted of Home Richmond, a multi-residential development with premium one, two and three bedrooms built to rent apartments. Richmond Quarter is the renaissance of the Coles arcade on Bridge Road where the project aimed to give the site a new lease of life.

Located directly above and adjacent to Richmond Traders, Home Richmond is a multi-residential complex with hotel-style services and amenities including a 25-metre pool, co-working hub, private dining room, yoga studio and beauty treatment room. Extensive garden areas and multiple communal outdoor terraces feature throughout, providing a range of outdoor living, leisure and socialising zones for residents. Home Richmond features a wide range of Mondolux products, specially-sourced Aglo Projects products and bespoke Aglo decorative features. The Aglo Specialist Projects team provided a value-managed lighting package whilst meeting aesthetic/design intent and performance requirements.

Mondolux products included downlights – Benson Adjustable Black 13.5W, Benson Adjustable White 13.5W, Benson Fixed White IP440; spotlights – Catania Mini Track Mounted, Catania Mini Adjustable Recessed (with a project-based spec), Hartley Adjustable Recessed (with a project-based spec); outdoor range – Toulouse Square Surface Mounted 24V DC (with a  project-based spec), Corelli Mini, Verne Midi Wall Washer 24V DC (with a  project-based spec), Verne Tiny; track – Power Track DALI Recessed Black, Power Track DALI Surface Mounted White; and extrusion – Stealth 1707 Surface Mounted 14.4W. Multiple Mondolux products were tailored specifically to the meet the project requirements, demonstrating Aglo’s ability to source, handle and supply based on the client and project requirements.

The Aglo Specialist Projects team provided extensive service across the project duration and worked through COVID restriction requirements and flow-on impacts to effectively deliver the project.
