The Aglo Systems Custom Product range is designed in Melbourne, Australia by our dedicated, passionate, and creative custom team of industrial, mechanical and product design engineers. The Aglo Originals range is characterised by a simple richness that is ideal for both residential and commercial applications. The Melbourne based team is distinguished by their ability to think laterally and possess a strong technical knowledge of materials and the manufacturing process. The Aglo Systems product range is committed to on-demand production and allowing pieces to be customised based on the client’s requirements.

3. What is the availability of Aglo Custom Products? |
All Aglo Custom Products are designed in Melbourne Australia. Production and assembly of products are made overseas.
Normal production lead time for delivery is 10 – 12 weeks within Australia; with an additional 4 weeks required for sea freight. Air freight options available at an additional cost.
Delivery can be arranged both within Australia and Internationally. Please contact us <custom@aglosystems.com.au> for further information regarding International delivery.

4. Are there different finishes available? |
We have a standard range of finishes available, however we welcome custom finish enquiries to be quoted at the time of the enquiry.

6. Do all products go through a QA process? |
Yes, all products go through a quality assurance and fabrication check before arriving in Australia. A secondary quality assurance process is undertaken in our Melbourne office before being sent to site.

The Aglo Custom Product range is currently unavailable on display. A selection of fittings will be displayed in our Melbourne office within the near future. |

10. How should I clean my fixture? |
Care instructions will be provided based on the specific purchased fitting on request. As a standard, a dry or wet microfibre cloth can be used. No solvents to be used on products. |
