Business Development Manager for our Melbourne office



The role of Business Development Manager is responsible for the development and expansion of the customer base for Aglo Systems whilst also managing relationships with existing accounts to support positive sales outcomes and long-term revenue growth.

The position is required to champion key account management strategies, incorporating all stakeholders across the company to move towards a more enhanced proactive approach to client retention. Our typical client base includes hotels, large retailers, shop fitting and construction companies.

Our business has a fantastic culture, we are informal but professional and like to work at a cracking pace! We also have an awesome barista quality coffee machine……


To be considered for this role you must have;

  • demonstrated skills in implementing effective sales strategies – ideally in the world of lighting
  • confidence that enables you to handle objections, influence and negotiate with clients to achieve a desired outcome
  • a farming approach to sales where you are willing to give our clients the love and nurturing they deserve throughout the journey

You will have exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, be self motivated and oooooooze energy!
